A corner is a couple of hours. A full single-car garage is most of a day for two people and a trailer. A packed two-car garage can run into a second trailer load, which we flag at the quote.
We stop and show you what was not in the photos, then price the extra before touching it. If you would rather we stick to the original scope, we do exactly that and leave the rest.
Yes — appliances are $75–$150 per unit depending on disposal requirements. Refrigerators and anything with Freon sit at the higher end because of how they have to be handled.
Sometimes. When a load carries a meaningful amount of metal, we credit $25–$100 against the invoice. We assess it on site rather than promising a figure up front.
