If an add-on applies to your job it appears on the quote before you agree to anything. Nothing on this list turns up as a surprise on the invoice.

Cleanout pricing is almost entirely visual. A full garage can mean heavy furniture and appliances or a wall of cardboard, and those are not the same job.
Send one shot from the entrance, one of the densest area, and one of any large single items. More is always better.
Before and after photos, one dump run with its transfer station fees, a donation run where a partner will take the items, a broom-clean finish, and a written record of the job.
These are the baseline on a $275 garage corner and a $5,000 estate alike.
A 25% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on the day the job is finished, before the crew leaves.
Venmo, Zelle, card (3% processing) or check for established clients. Every job gets an itemized invoice before the work starts.
The junk hauling market has a floor: a pickup, a phone number, illegal dumping and no insurance. We cannot compete with that floor and we do not try.
What you are buying instead is a firm price, a documented job, proper disposal, a swept space and someone who answers the phone afterwards.
We stop, walk you through what was not in the photos, and price the extra before we touch it. If you would rather we do exactly what was quoted and leave the rest, that is always an option.
Outside 48 hours of the job it can be credited to a rescheduled date. Inside 48 hours it is non-refundable, because that day is off the schedule by then.
No. If price is the deciding factor, take the cheaper quote with our genuine good wishes. Discounting to win a job is how quality starts slipping, and we would rather not.
Asbestos, lead, biohazard material and active infestations are remediation work and we refer them out. We also wait on anything where legal authority to clear the property is unresolved.
Photos, your town and roughly when you need it done. That is the whole request.
