What we collect

When you submit a quote request, call us, or text us, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The town or address of the property.
• Details about the job — what needs clearing, access, timeline, and any notes you give us.
• Photographs you send us of the space to be cleared.
• How you heard about us, if you tell us.

We collect nothing else. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no analytics profile built on you.

Why we collect it

Only to quote and carry out the work you asked about, and to keep a record of the job afterwards. Specifically: to price your job from the photos, to reach you about scheduling, to send before-and-after photographs of the completed work, to invoice you, and to keep a written record for your file and ours.

We also send a single request for a review after a completed job, and occasionally a seasonal availability notice to past customers. You can stop either at any time.

Text messages

If you submit the quote form or text our business number, you consent to us contacting you by text about your request. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

The types of message we send: confirmation that we received your quote request; your flat-rate price and follow-up questions about the job; appointment confirmations and a reminder the day before; before-and-after photographs on completion; a single review request after the job; and occasional seasonal availability notices to past customers.

You must be 18 or older to consent to receive text messages from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We honour it immediately and mark your record do-not-message. Reply HELP for help, or call us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can ask us to call or email you instead and it makes no difference to your quote or your price.

We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with anyone for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional reasons.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process your information only to provide their service to us, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else:

• GoHighLevel — our customer record system, which stores your contact details, job notes and message history, and sends our texts and emails.
• Google Workspace — our email.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website.
• Payment processors — if you pay by card. We do not store card numbers ourselves.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody else gets it.

Job photographs

We photograph every job before and after, and we send those photographs to you. We may also use them to show the kind of work we do — on this website, on our Google Business Profile, or on social media.

When we do, the photographs show the space only, never anything that identifies you: no house numbers, no documents, no personal effects in close-up, no name and no street address. If you would rather we did not use photographs of your property at all, tell us at any time — before, during or after the job — and we will not, and we will remove any already published.

How we keep your information secure

Your information is held in the systems named above rather than on paper in a truck. Each of those providers encrypts data in transit over TLS and at rest on their servers, and each is a established commercial platform with its own security programme.

On our side: every account that touches customer data is protected by a unique strong password and two-factor authentication. Access is limited to the owner and any crew member who needs it for a specific job, and is removed when they no longer do. This website is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit through the quote form is encrypted in transit.

We do not store payment card numbers. Card payments are handled by a payment processor and we never see or retain the full number.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you promptly and directly, and tell you what was exposed.

How long we keep it

Job records, including photographs and invoices, are kept for seven years, which is the sensible period for tax and liability purposes. If you asked for a quote and never booked, we keep the enquiry for two years in case you come back, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to stop messaging you, or to delete it. Call, text or email and we will do it — there is no form to fill in.

The only exception is records we are required to keep for tax or insurance reasons, which we will tell you about if it applies.

Children

This is a service for property owners and tenants. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell existing customers directly.
